Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our Western products with the same commitment to quality that goes into crafting our boots and apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns process reflects our Western values of fairness and reliability.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fragrances (once opened or used)
  • Socks (for hygiene reasons)

Additionally, any items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition cannot be accepted for return.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship your return using a trackable shipping method to our address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 3-5 business days after we process the refund
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
